Job Description: |
Our client is a top Chemical Company in Korea. As part of a huge business expansion in 2012 the company is seeking to fill a large number of key technical and manufacturing roles to be located at its facilities in Korea.
We are looking for genuine product experts from around the world in a range of different broad areas, as detailed in this series of advertisements. Depending on your availability roles may be full time, part time or spot. Remuneration is highly attractive and designed to attract the worlld's best.
Full time: A salary of around $175,000 is possible or higher on a case by case basis (paid in South Korean Won), plus airfares, relocation expenses, accommodation for family etc.
Part-time: 2 weeks every two months plus airfare, accommodation each visit. Salary negotiated on case-case basis.
Spot: Roughly $10,000 per month plus airfares, accommodation per visit. |

Candidate Requirements: |
For these roles you will need over 15 years of R&D and/or production experience in:
#1 Role = Automotive UV Hard coating
- Automotive UV Coatings formulations and application developments for use on plastics and metals.
- UV Coating on polycarbonate sheet & film
- Developed the Weathering and mechanical properties (hardness, modulus)
- Initiated and completed most industrialization requirements (regulatory, scale-up, manufacturing / processing issues) for
- UV Coating for Automotive PC Sheet & Film
- Vaccum metalizing coating & multi-layered coatings on plastic and metal substrates.
#2 Role = Display UV coatings & adhesives
- UV Oligomers synthesis and formulations
- Optical Clear UV resin & Adhesive formulations and application developments for use on Glass-Glass, Glass-film.
- Display UV Coating on plastic sheet & film
- ITO Film / TAC Film UV Hard coating
- Anti-glare, Anti-reflection UV Coating
- Developed the mechanical properties (hardness, modulus)
- Initiated and completed most industrialization requirements (regulatory, scale-up, manufacturing / processing issues) for
- UV Coating for Display Film
- Multi-layered coatings on plastic, metal and glass substrates.
